We want you to love your 925 sterling silver jewellery. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. Customized or engraved jewellery is not eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
